Here are a couple of things just release by the Shintani Federation.

The first one is the new issue of The Harmonizer. This is the national newsletter of the Shintani Wado Kai Karate Federation. There are many interesting and motivational articles in every issue.

The second item is a poster advertising a kata workshop that looks very interesting. This workshop is open to all registered members of the Shintani Federation. All of our current class members are registered and eligible to participate!
