One last reminder that there is NO KARATE TONIGHT due to Missoula Children’s Theatre practices.

Just a reminder that we DO NOT  have classes this week due to Missoula Children’s Theatre at Carlyle Elementary School.

We will make up for the missed class next week…

Tuesday, November 5 – Regular classes; regular times
Thursday, November 7 –  JFK 6:30 to 7:30; Jr/Adult 7:30 to 9:00 at the regular dojo.

The tournament is coming up fast! Please consider contributing a small gift item for our raffle table. We also will be looking for volunteers to help out a little at the tournament doing some score keeping, working in the canteen, selling raffle tickets… We appreciate all the help our members offer!

Congratulations to Sensei Kevin who earned the rank of Sandan (3rd degree) at the black belt grading in Manitoba this weekend! Way to go, Sensei!

Just a reminder that classes are cancelled for next week Tuesday, October 29, 2019.

We will have classes on two nights of the following week to make up for the missed class. We will have our regular classes on Tuesday, November 5, and we will have regular classes again on Thursday, November 7.

Thanks to everyone who showed up on Saturday to help make our Annual Bottle Drive another huge success!

Special thanks to those who donated the use of their trucks and trailers to help us collect and bring everything to Sarcan.

Today is the karate club’s 8th Annual Bottle Drive!

Please gather at the centre “shop” at the former OK Tire location at 9:00 am. We hope to be out in the town by 10:00am!

Our annual Bottle Drive fundraiser is THIS SATURDAY!

Please meet at the western-most shop across from Chimo (formerly North American Lumber) at 9:00 am to get organized. We would like to get our trucks out in the town by 10:00 am. We can also always use volunteers to help with the sorting of the bottles and cans as they are returned to the shop.

Our tournament is coming up fast. We will be looking for volunteers to help out with various aspects of the tournament. We strongly encourage everyone to participate in the tournament and clinic which is held the night before. They are great learning experiences and a lot of fun!
