New Fees/Forms for Registration!

Due to a change in fees from the Shintani Wado Kai Karate Federation with regard to student insurance, we have had to make similar changes to our fee structure as well.

We now must add a fee of $52.50 per student (for the first 2 members under the “Family Rate”) to help us cover these new costs.

This fee will be charged only once per karate season! It will not be charged per session like the rest of our fees.

You will also notice that our “Family Rate” now has a maximum number of members. If you have more than 4 immediate family members in your household, please see Sensei Jayson.

Please download and use our 2015-16 Registration Form which indicates this fee. This form is changed from the ones available prior to today.

A copy of the Federation’s Insurance Policy can be downloaded here – Certificate of Insurance – 2015-2016.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope to see you all at the Registration Night on Tuesday, September 8 (6:30 – 7:30).

See you at the dojo.

New Words of Wisdom

It is better to avoid than to run; better to run than to de-escalate; better to de-escalate than to fight; better to fight than to die. The very essence of self-defence is a thin list of things that might get you out alive when you are already scr**ed – From “Meditations on Violence” by Rory Miller
