Don’t forget about our workout with Sensei Jeff this Sunday! If you didn’t add your name to our sheet at the registration night, that’s ok! Just show up on Sunday and sweat with us!

The clinic runs from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm for all adult ranks and jr’s who are green belt or above.

Sensei Jeff will be working with Black Belts from 12:30 to 2:30 pm.

Regular classes begin on Tuesday evening:

JFK (age 5, 6, and 7) from 6:30 to 7:30 pm

JRs/Adults (age 8 and up) from 7:30 to 9:00 pm.
