We can now add names to any duffle bag/backpack you wish to order.

We have also learned that there are currently NO RED BACKPACKS AVAILABLE. So, if you want to order a backpack, it looks like your only option is black, but that’s cool!!

If you would like to add a first and last name to your order, please add the desired embroidery in clear, easy-to-read printing under the choice of colour. Then ADD $6.00 to the initial cost, ADD 10% tax and fill in your total in the space provided.

If you have already submitted an order form and would like to add embroidery, please bring a cheque or cash to class on Thursday, November 12 to pay the difference in cost (or fill out another order form and we can destroy the previous one and return your initial payment). We apologize for the inconvenience.

Last night we announced that we will be ordering duffle bags and/or backpacks for anyone interested in purchasing one.

Here are some images of what they will look like and links to the forms. 

The duffle bag is available in two sizes. The smaller one is shown in the image. Each bag/backpack will be embroidered with the Shintani Federation fist/dove logo.

Great job to all of our karateka for their hard work last night.

Both the regular class and the Just for Kicks class tried some new things and everyone did a great job!

We will have regular classes next week, but the two weeks after are a little different. Here is the schedule.

Tuesday, November 3 – Regular classes in our regular dojo

Tuesday, November 10 – NO CLASSES – rescheduled to NOVEMBER 12

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12 – Regular classes and times in our regular dojo

Tuesday, NOVEMBER 17 – Regular classes in the UNITED CHURCH

Friday, November 20 – National Team work out during the day; Tournament Clinic in the evening; Dance 9 to 11 pm following the clinic. G.F. KELLS HIGH SCHOOL GYM

Thank you and Well Done to everyone who helped out with the bottle drive today!!

We covered the town, sorted everything, loaded the trailer, and left for Sarcan in Redvers in 2.5 hours!!! That’s awesome!

As soon as we know, we’ll tell what our total was.

Just a reminder to everyone that our bottle drive will be held this Saturday, October 17!

We will meet at the dojo at 10:00 am to get organized.

We will need some adult volunteers who can drive vehicles (maybe bring a truck) for the bottles to be loaded into. We will then need volunteers after the bottles are collected to help sort them.

Remember, many hands make light work so if we can get lots of help, we can be finished earlier!
