Excellent Work Last Night
Another good work-out last night, everyone!
It was great to see a few more people in the dojo and some familiar faces coming back to the club. We’re looking forward to next week!

Karate Starts Tomorrow!
Just a reminder that regular karate classes begin on Tuesday, September 18.
The “Just for Kicks” class (ages 5, 6, 7) at 6:30 and the Jr’s and Adults from 7:30 till 9:00 p.m. See you there!

Just a reminder that regular classes begin on Tuesday, September 18!
Just for Kicks, age 5, 6, and 7, begin at 6:30 p.m. The Jr’s and Adults begin at 7:30 p.m.
Regular classes are held at the dojo, Carlyle Elementary School gym. Please enter by the rear North doors. Karateka, karate students, are reminded to “bow in” at the inside doors as the enter the dojo.

So, just a reminder, registration is on this Tuesday, September 11. Regular classes will begin on September 18.

National Team 2012-14
The Shintani Wado-Kai Karate Federation has announced the team selections for the 2012-14 National Team. Congratulations to the members who will be representing our country in international events.
REGISTRATION coming up!
Registration for the 2012-12 karate season will take place on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the dojo (Carlyle Elementary School Gym). Please use the North Gym entrance.
Regular classes will begin the following week on Tuesday, September 18, 2012.
We look forward to seeing everyone for another exciting karate season.
